Terms.

Plain-language terms for using AlbumFlow. The short version: it is your iCloud, your Google Drive, and your copy. We run the sync, you keep control of both accounts, and you can leave whenever you like.
01The service
AlbumFlow (the “Service”) is operated by Abood Tech. It mirrors iCloud Photos albums you select into folders in a Google Drive account you connect, on a schedule. It is a one-way copy: iCloud is the source and Google Drive is the destination. The Service never changes anything in your iCloud library.
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AlbumFlow is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
02Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account.
- You must give us accurate contact details so we can reach you about your syncs and your subscription.
- One person per account. You may not share an account or resell access to the Service.
03Your Apple and Google accounts
To work, the Service signs in to iCloud with the Apple ID and password you provide and uses the Google Drive access you grant. You confirm that you own or are authorised to use those accounts and that using them with the Service does not breach any agreement you have with Apple or Google.
Apple and Google control their own services. They may change how sign-in works, require you to re-approve access, rate-limit requests, or withdraw features at any time. The Service depends on them and we cannot guarantee it will keep working if they change. Apple, for example, requires you to approve a verification code roughly every two months; the Service pauses until you do.
You can disconnect either account at any time from the dashboard, which stops all affected workflows.
04Trials, plans and billing
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial at the limits of the Starter plan, with no card required. When the trial ends, syncing pauses until you choose a plan. Your workflows, connections and everything already in your Drive are kept.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, through our payment provider Stripe. Current prices and limits are on the pricing page. Taxes may be added where required.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
- Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we decide, at our discretion, to issue one.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
- If a payment fails we will retry it and email you. If it keeps failing we may pause syncing until it succeeds.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service with accounts you are not authorised to access;
- use it to store or distribute material that is unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- probe, scan, overload or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
- reverse engineer the Service or use automated means to access it other than through the dashboard;
- resell the Service or offer it to third parties as your own.
Your photos remain yours. We claim no ownership of anything you sync and use it only as described in the Privacy Policy.
06Your data and backups
The Service is a convenience copy, not a backup product, and it is not a substitute for Apple’s or Google’s own backup features. Please read these points carefully:
- When mirrored deletions are enabled for a workflow, files removed from the iCloud album are also removed from the Drive folder. Safety limits reduce, but do not eliminate, the risk of unexpected deletions.
- Renaming an album in iCloud starts a new Drive folder; the old one is left in place.
- A copy can lag the source by up to one scheduling interval, longer if a connection needs reconnecting.
- Files pass through our servers transiently and are not retained; we hold no archive we could restore from.
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything important.
07Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces what your plan includes. If we discontinue the Service entirely we will give at least 30 days’ notice and refund any prepaid period you cannot use.
08Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that has not paid, or whose use puts the Service or other users at risk. Where practical we will warn you first.
On termination your credentials, tokens, workflows and history are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Files already copied to your Google Drive are unaffected.
09Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, that every file will be copied, or that Apple or Google will continue to permit the access it relies on.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abood Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those places these limits apply only as far as the law allows.
10General
- These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any earlier terms.
- If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date at the top; for material changes we will email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
- You may not assign these terms. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the Service, with notice to you.
